DaVonne Alexander recieves her hero award from NENA President Michael Grennier and OETS Director Craig Raimer as her mom and grandmother watch. DaVonne called 9-1-1 when her grandmother became sick and needed an ambulance. She also gave the EMTs important medical information. |
