  • Casino Employee
    Casino employees are those employed in the operation of a casino or simulcasting facility.
    Examples include:
    • Dealers
    • Boxpersons
    • Floorpersons
    • Casino Hosts
    • Slot Machine Technicians
    • Casino Security Personnel
    • Count Room Personnel
    • Slot Machine Attendants
    • Slot Booth Personnel
    • Collection Personnel
    • Casino Surveillance Personnel
    • Simulcasting Facility Personnel
    • Information Technology Personnel
    • Cage Personnel

    It also includes anyone whose employment duties predominantly involve the maintenance or operation of gaming activity or equipment or assets associated therewith or who is regularly required to work in a restricted casino area.

  • Casino Service Employee
    Casino service employees are those whose job requires them to have access to the casino floor, but the job is not gaming related.
    Examples include:
    • Bartenders
    • Cocktail Servers
    • Bar Porters
    • Maintenance Personnel

    A Casino service employee must file a Personal History Disclosure Form 4-A [pdf 135k]
    Casino Service Employee registrations do not need to be renewed.
