The November 2009 Employee Public Information List identifies all individuals with a current license/registration status of APPLICANT, INACTIVE, LICENSED and TEMPORARY. 

The following fields of information are available on the report:
Last Name, First Name, Middle Name, License Number, Category, Status, Issue Date and Expiration Date.

Category refers to the type of license or registration held by the individual.
Please be aware, there are several categories no longer in use, they are: HOTEL, NON-GAMING, GAMING SCHOOL and JUNKET.
