  Whenever a casino plans to hold a gaming tournament, the casino must file a Tournament Notification Form [185k doc]. This form should be downloaded, filled in, and returned to the commission via e-mail. Additional instructions are included on the form.
  This form is only to be used if an Atlantic City casino has an approved Generic Internal Control Submission.
