Services: The purpose of the program is to help individuals remain in the community or return to the community, rather than be cared for in a nursing facility or a hospital setting. Eight services are available under CCPED. Other Title XIX State Plan services are not available to CCPED beneficiaries. There is a cost cap on each individual's service package.
