Lottery Gaming System and Support Services
On December 23, 2008, the Division of Purchase and Property issued an Intent to Award a seven plus year contract for the above-captioned Request for Proposal (RFP). The Intent to Award is the culmination of a comprehensive and rigorous procurement process, in which two vendors responded with competitive proposals to the State's RFP issued in October 2007. The vendors that submitted proposals are listed below.
GTECH Corporation
INTRALOT Inc.
The winning vendor was selected by a State Evaluation Committee as having offered the best value to the State, price and other factors considered.
In the link below is the Intent to Award, the Award Recommendation and the newly revised, partially redacted Evaluation Committee Report (without attachments). Note that there was redaction of the names of the individual State staff that were evaluators and/or technical advisers to the State's Evaluation Committee.
