Notice is hereby given that the State of New Jersey intends to participate in the State of Michigan’s contract for "Financial Institution Data Match Services". Information regarding the contract may be found on the Michigan website at:

The State of New Jersey anticipates joining the Michigan contract in January 2011.

The State of Michigan contract has a term of 10/1/2010 through 9/30/2015.

The State of New Jersey is permitted to join cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2.
