Multiple Contract Amendments: Contract Price Line Changes

Effective April 2, 2007, certain contract lines have been changed to reflect new NIGP commodity codes. These changes have affected approximately 170 “T” numbers and their corresponding contract price lines. These contract price lines will have new NIGP commodity codes assigned and renumbered.
Therefore, the old contract price lines have been set to Payment Only status to allow for the processing of orders already in progress. All new purchase orders must use the new renumbered price lines.
All contracts affected will be posted on the internet as an amendment and these changes can be also viewed on the internet at the following web address:
