Special Notice | | | | Aug-21-2007 | Mandatory Usage: T-2513 Environmentally Preferable Cleaning Products - #1
Effective August 15, 2007, all State Agencies are instructed to begin utilizing contract T-2513 Environmentally Preferable Cleaning Products – #1.
This contract, in compliance with Executive Order 76, mandates that all State departments, authorities and instrumentalities with purchasing responsibilities shall procure and use cleaning products having properties that minimize potential impacts to human health and to the environment, consistent with maintaining the effectiveness of these products for the protection of the public health and safety.
