Enhanced Motor Vehicle Inspection/Maintenance System
On March 20, 2008, the Division of Purchase and Property issued an Intent to Award a five-year contract for the above-captioned Request for Proposal (RFP). The Intent to Award is the culmination of a comprehensive and rigorous procurement process, in which four vendors responded with competitive proposals to the State's RFP issued in June 2007. The vendors that submitted proposals are listed below.
Applus Technologies, Inc.
Environmental Systems Products Holdings Inc.
Parsons Commercial Technology Group Inc.
Worldwide Environmental Products Inc.
The winning vendor was selected by a State Evaluation Committee as having the least expensive, technically responsive proposal.
In the link below is the Intent to Award and the Evaluation Committee Report. Note that the vendors' financial information has been redacted from the Evaluation Committee Report, unless the firm is publicly traded. In addition, there was redaction of the names of the individual State staff that were evaluators and/or technical advisers to the State's Evaluation Committee.
