New Pay to Play Executive Orders in Effect November 15, 2008



Effective November 15, 2008, Executive Orders 117 and 118 regarding pay-to-play will be in force.

Executive Order 117 - Orders and directs loopholes closed in pay-to-play ban

Executive Order 118 - Orders and directs new ban on pay-to-play for all state redevelopment contracts
