• South River Walk Park
South River Walk Park was gifted to the  Mercer County Park Commission in 2004 by the state of New Jersey.  The 6.5-acre park focuses on the history of Trenton and its connection to the Delaware River. Five arches of materials represent various eras of the city- from pre-revolutionary through the Industrial Revolution to the modern era-are complemented with granite markers highlighting important events.

The park is situated above the Route 129 tunnel and offers picturesque views of the Delaware River and the Waterfront Park. There is ample parking available at Waterfront park as well as on Lamberton Street, both of which are handicapped accessible.

The park has hosted many festivals and art fairs as well as weddings, walk a thons and family events.

Did You Know -A seven-piece sculpture, "Circle of Peace" by Gary Price, is a focal point, and playground equipment, period lighting, gazebos, and decorative benches complete the picture.
