TRENTON, N.J. - Planning for incapacity is an important and often overlooked part of estate planning that covers how you are cared for in the event you become physically or mentally unable to care for yourself.

At the “Planning for Incapacity” workshop, you can learn more about planning for your future, living wills, last will and testament, power of attorney, and guardianship. The seminar, led by Susan Knispel, an attorney with the Mercer County Legal Services Project for the Elderly, will be held from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 17 at County Connection, Route 33 at Paxson Avenue, Hamilton, in the Acme shopping center.
