The seminar, led by Susan Knispel, an attorney with the Mercer County Legal Services Project for the Elderly, will be held from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 17 at County Connection, Route 33 at Paxson Avenue, Hamilton, in the Acme shopping center.
