Nottingham Way Bridge to be closed for repair work

TRENTON, N.J. - The bridge carrying Nottingham Way over Assunpink Creek will be closed for repair work between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. beginning Tuesday, April 23, 2013.
The bridge is located between North Clinton Avenue/Mulberry Street and North Johnston Avenue on the Hamilton/Trenton border.
The repairs, which will be done by the Mercer County Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, are expected to take about 15 days, weather permitting.
The bridge was built in 1922 and rehabilitated in 1947. Replacement of the bridge is scheduled for 2014.
