Course Description

This 6 day (36 hour) program was designed to provide a robust foundation that delivers documented and practical skills to help the participant initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control and close projects.  Participants will be exposed to class materials based on best practices by the Project Management Institute (PMI), the global organization representing the profession, coupled with practical real world experiences.   This program provides the contact hours needed to meet the educational requirement for Project Management Professional (PMP) ® and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) ® certifications offered by the PMI.  This education is just one of several requirements needed to be eligible for certification.

A Project Management Professional (PMP®)  or  Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) certification indicates one has the practical, applicable knowledge to initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control projects and can solve most common project problems.  These two certifications are the most important industry-recognized global certifications for project managers.

Participants will receive a Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide) and a Certificate of Completion upon completion of the 36 hour program.
