BRIEFING SCHEDULE FOR MOTIONS

In order for motions to be heard at the regularly scheduled meetings of the Council on Affordable Housing (COAH), the following briefing schedule applies. Below is a table which shows the regularly scheduled Council meetings and the corresponding due dates for the notice of motion, opposition, and reply.
Motions and opposition and reply briefs must be received at the COAH offices in Trenton by noon on the due date. Motions received by COAH after the due date listed for each meeting will follow the briefing schedule for the next meeting listed.
