COAH is conducting its Annual Monitoring of Affordable Units. The Annual Monitoring is designed to provide COAH with information on the implementation of municipal fair share plans and the production of affordable housing. Submission of accurate, up-to-date monitoring is required to determine the credibility of completed affordable units.
