Administers grants and contracts, and provides technical assistance to designated county- based Sexual Violence Programs in each of the 21 counties in the State as well as regional/statewide sexual assault Prevention Education Programs and the New Jersey Coalition Against Sexual Assault. The goal of the program is to assist grantees in implementing victim-centered services, providing risk reduction activities, and developing a strong and positive presence in each county and community.
