The New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency is pleased to provide two 1-day workshops on the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Compliance Program and Fair Housing Laws. These workshops will provide developers with the practical information needed to properly rent-up and monitor their properties.
