Multi-family Programs and Lending
The Division of Multifamily Programs and Lending evaluates and processes multifamily rental housing loans, assists applicants in applying for additional funds from other potential sources, promotes HMFA financing, and educates the public. In addition, the division performs financial analyses of mortgage applications and develop financial feasibility strategies. The division plans, directs, and works with the applicant to evaluate the design of the project, to assess the development cost and the risk factors as well as to seek cooperation and coordination of federal, state, and municipal agencies and other rated entities. Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program
