The New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency maintains an open list of qualified HUD certified single-family home buyer, default, and general credit counselors. Single-family counseling services are needed from time to time for loans that are originated by NJHMFA, including 100% Financing Program loans, reverse mortgages, and other loan programs. Assignments are made on a geographical and rotating basis. The appraisal application form is available from the agency’s purchasing department.
