The Employer-Assisted Housing Program, an innovative partnership between HMFA, Fannie Mae and New Jersey employers, is designed to create home purchase incentives, enhance affordability, and increase homeownership by encouraging individuals to purchase homes within reasonable commuting distances to the workplace.
