The New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency promotes and builds affordable housing to create low-cost rental opportunities. Many of these housing developments as well as hundreds of other subsidized and market rate units are listed on the New Jersey Housing Resource Center which is updated every two weeks.
