The Choices in Home Ownership Incentive Created for Everyone (CHOICE) Program supports the construction or substantial rehab of single-family homes.  The CHOICE Program is designed to provide home ownership opportunities for low, moderate, market, and emerging market units - through low interest financing and subsidies.  In addition to ENERGY STAR certification, CHOICE now requires all units to participate in the Green Future - for CHOICE program.
