Authorization to Work
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Federal regulations require the HMFA to verify legal status.
Background Checks
In accordance with NJAC 4A:4-6.1 and -6.2, any false statement of material facts, including but not limited to educational and employment records, or any deception or fraud in any part of the selection/appointment process will be grounds for disqualification and possible legal action.
Last Date for Applying
Each notice of vacancy will remain on the Human Resource web page until that position has been filled. If a job is open, you meet the qualifications and you are chosen for an interview; Human Resources will contact you by telephone to set up an appointment and complete an application. Each resume and cover letter received by the HMFA will be acknowledged.
Residency Preference
It is preferable that you be a resident of the State of New Jersey.
Salaries
The salary range as provided in the notice of vacancy is intended as a general guide only. Salaries are subject to change. For specific information about a salary, you should inquire upon our initial contact to schedule an interview.
Social Security Number
In accordance with NJSA 11A:4-1, all job applicants are requested to provide their Social Security number (SSN) on HMFA's application to establish a unique means of identifying all records throughout the selection/appointment process. Providing the SSN is voluntary.
