Human Resources will take a leadership role and provide service in support of the HMFA Mission by promoting the concept that our employees are our most valuable resource and will be treated as such.
The Human Resources Team will act as catalysts enabling all HMFA employees to contribute at optimum levels towards the success of program implementation which advances the rehabilitation, construction and financing of affordable housing for the State of New Jersey.
We will do this by:
