1. Place cusor over
the filename
2. RIGHT CLICK on the filename
3. LEFT CLICK on "Save Target As"
4. In the "Save As" dialog box accept the default
location (usually "Desktop") by LEFT CLICKING on
the "Save" button, OR select an
alternate folder by LEFT CLICKING on an appropriate folder
in the list and then LEFT CLICKING on the "Save"
