NOTICE OF MUNICIPAL (URBAN) AID ELIGIBILITY

                                                                                                                                                 

Take notice that the Division of Local Government Services is promulgating its annual list of municipalities eligible for the Municipal (Urban) Aid Program for CY 2009/FY2010.  The following is the list of municipalities that meet the criteria of N.J.S.A. 52:27D-178 for eligibility.  Municipalities marked with an * denote those included by hold-harmless language in the FY 2010 State budget.  This Notice is also available from the Municipal State Aid section of the Division’s web site at www.state.nj.us/dca/lgs.
