TRENTON , N.J. - New Jersey Department of Community Affairs Commissioner Susan Bass Levin today announced the Department’s Division of Women’s NJ Resource Guide for Women is now available online.

“Governor Corzine and the Department of Community Affairs are committed to empowering women throughout the state,” said Commissioner Levin. “This guide is a comprehensive one-stop-shop of information for women and their families.”

As an advocate for the rights and opportunities of women throughout New Jersey, the Division on Women created the guide, in collaboration with other state agencies, to consolidate answers to frequently asked questions about available statewide and national programs and services.

“It is essential that we provide the necessary tools for women to learn, grow and succeed,” said Division on Women Director Janice L. Kovach.

The NJ Resource Guide for Women is organized on the Division on Women’s website alphabetically under 22 separate portable document format (PDF) file hyperlinks.
