The Module I class is designed as an introduction to the COAH process and the UHAC regulations for those involved with affordable housing in New Jersey. This 6 hour class explores affordable housing plans and COAH rules, but spends a majority of the time going over the basics of administering affordable housing. It includes subjects like bedroom distribution, income limits, pricing units and affirmative marketing. Anyone involved with COAH and affordable housing, from property managers to developers to attorneys, would find this class helpful. It is a required course for Municipal Housing Liaisons, RCA Administrators and Administrative Agents.

Municipal Housing Liaisons and municipal Administrative Agents may take this class at no charge, but must complete a Designation Form for Municipal Housing Officials.
