DCF supports various programs and services for adolescents and young adults including housing, life skills, mentoring, employment/training, educational support, youth advocacy, and healthcare.
Visit DCF's Office of Adolescents new website, njyrs.org (New Jersey Youth Resource Spot). Youth and stakeholders can easily learn about resources in their communities, search Child Protection and Permanency policy, learn how to contact a CP&P worker, and email questions to the Office of Adolescent Services. Youth can also learn how to find if they're eligible for Wraparound Funds, the Independent Living Stipend, and more.
New Jersey Youth4Youth
This Web site is created by youth and for youth involved with any New Jersey state agency that serves young people, such as DCP&P (formerly DYFS), CSOC (formerly DCBHS) and the Juvenile Justice Commission.
