2NDFLOOR: Is a confidential and anonymous statewide helpline for New Jersey's youth and young adults. Youth can call 2NDFLOOR at (888) 222-2228 and find information on the website at www.2ndfloor.org.
 

NJ211: Provides information and assistance to all NJ residents in the areas of health, human services, community resources and government assistance programs. You do not have to be in crisis to seek help from NJ211. To access NJ211 dial 211 or visit the website at www.nj211.org. The alternative telephone number is 1-800-HELP555 (1-800-435-7555).

NJ Department of Human Services: Offers a website that lists a wide range of programs, information and services designed to assist individuals, families and communities throughout the State of New Jersey. Visitors to the website will discover if they qualify for any of the 28 state and federal programs designed to help find housing, employment, child care, health insurance, prescriptions, pay for food and more. Outreach to At-Risk Youth (OTARY): The OTARY program is designed to prevent crime/juvenile delinquency and deter gang involvement by providing enhanced recreation, vocational, educational, outreach and/or supportive services to youth ages 13 to 18, with the option to serve youth until age 21.  The programs are located in communities with demonstrated high crime and gang violence. These programs have a proven track record of making a difference in the lives of youth, including “at-risk” youth.  The programs are open to youth regardless of their involvement with DCF.
