Governor Murphy has declared a state of emergency due to impending winter weather that is expected to affect most of the state tonight. As a result, there will be a weather-related, delayed opening of 11 a.m. on Friday, January 7th, for employees that are scheduled to be in the office. If you are unable to get to work safely, please contact your direct supervisor for instructions.

Any staff that are scheduled to work remotely should continue to do so pursuant to their current COVID-19 schedule, as conditions allow, with the exception of employees designated as Weather Essential on the employee attendance plan. Weather Essential employees should follow specific reporting instructions from their chain of command.

In addition, based on where you reside, please comply with orders and guidance from your local emergency management and government officials.
