The CSOC TTA Course Catalog is updated annually. We add several new trainings throughout the year and some trainings may not appear in the catalog until it is updated for the following year. The mission of Training and Technical Assistance Services for the Children's System of Care is to support learning the requisite knowledge and skills to provide services and support the unique needs and strengths of families and children with complex needs. The training and technical assistance effort draws on a commitment to competency based curriculum design, training based on adult principles of learning and skill development, and development of local expertise and training capacity.
Rutgers University Behavioral HealthCare (RUBHC), Behavioral Research and Training Institute, is responsible for all CSOC curriculum development, training and technical assistance activities statewide. This includes all IMDS training and certification, as well as the provision of training contact hours for social workers and counselors.
