The Division of Administration oversees the business and financial affairs of the Office of the Public Defender, including oversight of all personnel matters. The division is responsible for the prompt resolution of all bills incurred by the Office of the Public Defender.

Also, the division maintains collection of fees owed to the Office by its clients, and in those cases where clients do not pay, is responsible for placing liens on them. The division also oversees the General Services section, which includes the Office’s mail operations, both internal and external, and the distribution of supplies.
