Ms. Samuels joined the Office of the Public Defender in 1992 and serves as the Deputy in charge of Juvenile Defense Services and the Office of the Law Guardian. Ms. Samuels is a graduate of the College of New Jersey and Rutgers University School of Law - Newark. She served as a staff attorney with the Administrative Office of the Courts, Criminal Practice Division, before joining the staff of the Department of the Public Advocate in 1987. After joining the Office of the Public Defender in the Burlington Region, she represented both adult and juvenile clients.
