Notice of Availability of the Remote Air Data Information User System (RADIUS) and Emissions Statement Pilot Project
Take notice that the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (the Department) hereby announces the availability of the Remote Access Data Information User System (RADIUS) software for the electronic submittal of Title V operating permit applications. This software has been designed to be used for electronically submitting operating permit applications, in conjunction with the new Air Information Management System (AIMS).

In a notice of proposal in the January 20, 1998 issue of the New Jersey Register, the Department proposed to extend the Title V operating permit application due dates for Wave 6 and Wave 7 of the operating permit application schedule if the application is submitted electronically (see 30 N.J.R. 264(a) January 20, 1998). The rule has been adopted, and the notice of adoption appears in this issue of the New Jersey Register. This public notice serves as the official announcement of the availability of the RADIUS software.
The Department is also announcing an emissions statement pilot project for submitting emission statements electronically using the RADIUS software. Any facility that is required under N.J.A.C. 7:27-21 to submit an emissions statement to the Department may participate in the emissions statement pilot project.
