TM 1005 is intended for source operations required to install CEMS, COMS and /or conduct periodic monitoring procedures (PMPs) as a condition of a Preconstruction Permit or Operating Permit, Permit renewal, or a Federal or State regulation. Regulations which could require CEMS, COMS or PMPs include, but are not limited to, the following: N.J.A.C. 7:27, N.J.A.C. 7:26, Title 40, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Parts 60, 61, 63, 264, and 266. The TM 1005 is available at the Department’s website: http://www.nj.gov/dep/aqpp/ or http://www.state.nj.us/dep/bts/consult.html
