The 12th Annual Joint Venture NJDEP/Air & Waste Management Association Regulatory Update Conference is scheduled from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM on Friday October 18, 2013, in the 1st Floor Public Hearing Room at 401 East State Street, Trenton, New Jersey 08625. This conference is designed to provide interested parties with an opportunity to learn about NJDEP regulatory issues concerning environmental compliance and enforcement, site remediation, air program, vapor intrusion, environmental justice and more. A new feature will be a panel discussion on “What to inspect when an inspector visits your facility.” The program is attached.
