The Air Quality Permitting Program is announcing a new SOTA Technical Manual for Asphalt Pavement Production Plants.   This Manual replaces the prior SOTA Technical Manual for Asphalt Pavement Production Plants which was withdrawn on June 1, 2009. 
The Notice of Availability of the State-of-the-Art (SOTA) Technical Manual for Asphalt Pavement Production Plants was published in the June 4, 2012 New Jersey Register.  A copy of the Notice can be found at http://www.state.nj.us/dep/aqpp/publicnotices.htm.
