The Air Quality Permitting Program in the Division of Air Quality will be presenting a two- day workshop at Rutgers University on June 14 & 15, 2011. The targeted audience for the workshop is the regulated community including industry, consultants and other government entitles regulated by the Department. DEP staff, including the Air Permitting Program and Air Enforcement Group, will guide applicants through the air permitting system in New Jersey. This workshop has been updated to inform attendees of the latest processes and procedures that will result in the most timely and flexible permits. In addition DEP Staff will help attendees understand what permits are needed, how to get them and what to do after they obtain them. The NJDEP website will be highlighted and staff will explain how the permit application process can be streamlined by applying online.

Day 2 - focuses on more complex permit applications and presents you with more detailed information on specific topics to help you concentrate on the information that best meets your needs or those of your client. To ensure that the most up-to-date information is presented, some of these sessions may be revised or replaced on the course date.
