The Bureau of Technical Services is in the process of revising the technical manuals 1002 (Modeling), 1003 (Risk Assessment), 1004 (Stack Testing), and 1005 (CEMS). These will be posted on the Division of Air Quality webpage in Draft form as they are revised. They will be posted in Final Draft form in the New Jersey Register this spring.
