GP-009A Response to Comment Document

The Air Quality permitting program went out for public comment in the January 17, 2012 issue of the New Jersey Register announcing a new general permit entitled: “GP-009A for Boiler(s) And Indirect Fired Process Heater(s) Each Greater Than or Equal to 10 MMBTU/hr and Less Than 50 MMBTU/hr Combusting Gaseous Fuel Only”.  The Response to Comment document is available for review at the Department’s website: http://www.state.nj.us/dep/aqpp/publicnotices.htm .
