The Air Quality Permitting Program recently drafted a new General Permit entitled "General Permit (GP-012A) for “Perchloroethylene (PERC) Dry Cleaning Equipment". This General Permit is for 4th Generation or better Dry Cleaning Equipment using Perchloroethylene. This General Permit, once available, will replace the current General Permit (GP-012) “Perchloroethylene Dry Cleaning Facility”.
