On or after December 21, 2005, any dry cleaning system that commences construction or reconstruction, and is located in a building with any dwelling or housing in which people reside, must not use perchloroethylene (perc) in the dry cleaning system.
Electronic General Permit GP-012 for Perchloroethylene Drycleaning Facilities will not be available until further notice. Please download the paper version of GP-012 from http://www.nj.gov/dep/aqpp/gp.html and submit the completed application with a $500 application fee to the Department. |
