The Air Quality permitting program is announcing a new general permit entitled: General Permit (GP-013A) for “Non-Perchloroethylene (PERC) Dry Cleaning Machine(s)”.  This general permit is replacing the current general permit (GP-013) “General Permit for Non-HAP Drycleaning Equipment”.

The Notice of Opportunity for Public Comment is scheduled to be published in the July 6, 2009 issue of the New Jersey Register.  There is a 30 day public comment period.  The draft General Permit is available for review at the Department’s website: www.state.nj.us/dep/aqpp/publicnotices.htm .  Copies of the draft General Permit may also be requested by contacting:
