The General Permit GP-019 "Portable Equipment" became available on March 17, 2008. Since then, applications for the GP-019 were accepted on paper forms. Beginning May 10, 2010, the GP-019 is available on-line only; registrations for the GP-019 must be done through the Department's internet-based electronic submission portal at http://www.njdeponline.com.

The GP-019 is for portable equipment consisting of an engine with a maximum rated power output of 1400 HP or less and associated process equipment, which may include ancillary equipment, and is operated for up to ninety (90) days per calendar year at any site in New Jersey.
