The September 21, 2009 New Jersey Register will include a public notice for a Draft Presumptive Maximum Achievable Control Technology (MACT) for Industrial, Commercial and Institutional Boilers and Process Heaters/Indirect Heat Exchangers (ICI Boilers) located at a Major Source of Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs).
