Beginning January 1, 2010, Air General Permit Registrations must be submitted electronically. Registrations can already be submitted via the Department's internet-based electronic submission listed at http://www.state.nj.us/dep/aqpp. After January 1, 2010, an applicant may apply on a paper version of the registration only if the general permit electronic registration form is not available at the time of the registration.
