Why is this Important?
OTC is a multi-state organization in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, including New Jersey. One of the goals of the OTC is to evaluate new control measures for the region to reduce ozone pollution. The workgroups are made up of state members.

Who is Applicable?
The solvent degreasing model rule is mostly applicable to solvent cleaning operations in industrial and commerical locations. The Paint Thinner and Multipurpose Solvent white paper applies to solvents sold as consumer products.
